(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) The Ontario Court of Appeal has ruled in favor of the Ontario College of Psychologists, allowing them to mandate Dr. Jordan Peterson, the prominent psychologist and Daily Wire host, to undertake a reeducation program.
The ruling came in response to Peterson’s comments on social media, which were deemed offensive by the radical left.
Peterson took to X, formerly Twitter, on Wednesday to announce the disturbing news. He expressed his frustration with the recent ruling by the Ontario Court of Appeal that allows the College of Psychologists to proceed with prosecuting him, and criticized the erosion of free speech in Canada.
So the Ontario Court of Appral ruled that @CPOntario can pursue their prosecution

The podcast host further added, “I will make every aspect of this public [a]nd we will see what happens when utter transparency is the rule.”
The move followed the Ontario College of Psychologists’ January 2023 threats over Peterson’s tweets against Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and re-tweeting Pierre Poilievre, a conservative leader, according to the Post Millennial.
The College of Psychologists had previously issued warnings, leading to their decision to enforce the reeducation program.
Peterson had anticipated the outcome and remained resolute in his stance. “I stand by what I have said and done and wish them luck in their continued prosecution,” he said before adding, “I tweeted and otherwise expressed my opposition to trans surgery butchery, @JustinTrudeau and his minions, and the lying climate apocalypse-mongers.”
The decision of an Ontario court re the allegations levied against me by @CPOntario is due tomorrow.

Peterson had initially filed a judicial review and argued that the body did not have the authority to police his speech on social media, reported the Post Millennial.
“The application for judicial review is dismissed,” the judges claimed. “The applicant shall pay the respondent costs, as agreed, in the amount of $25,000.”
Peterson, a vocal critic of transgender surgeries on children, was once banned from Twitter for criticizing breast removal procedures. As reported by Fox News, Peterson had said: “Remember when pride was a sin? And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician.”
Upon Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, Peterson’s account was reinstated and has since doubled down on his opposition to transgenderism.
“Enough butchery,” Peterson said on Wednesday night.
