Clinton Crony Marc Elias Bails on BLM

'It is important to note the Elias Law Group is a firm with a laser focus on electing Democrats... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) Democrat lawfare weasel and Clinton Cabal fixer Marc Elias took steps to cut ties with Black Lives Matter as the organization prepared to release its IRS tax filings to the public, the Washington Examiner reported.

Though Elias’ firm was hired in February to sort through BLM‘s shady finances, the Examiner discovered that “Elias Law Group is nowhere to be found in BLM’s latest registration filings submitted to Florida and Oklahoma on April 28.”

Both Elias, who is testifying this week in the Michael Sussmann Russia Hoax trial, and his firm refused to comment for the Examiner‘s story.

Tom Anderson, the director of the Government Integrity Project at the National Legal and Policy Center, said that Elias’ move was intended to protect Democrats from their association with the soon-to-be-disgraced BLM ahead of the 2022 midterms.

“It is important to note the Elias Law Group is a firm with a laser focus on electing Democrats,” Anderson said.

“This makes their disappearance from the latest BLM Global Network Foundation filings a pivotal moment, probably foreshadowing the total collapse of what is left of the organization.”

For its part, BLM is doing its level best to deflect criticism of its misspent millions.

After the Associated Press published a very forgiving account of BLM’s misuse of millions of dollars in donations, BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors — who famously admitted to finding the IRS 990 form “triggering” — instantly complained that her “mistakes” were being “weaponized” against her.

“I’m a human being that has made mistakes that want to change, want to challenge those mistakes and want to learn from those mistakes,” Cullors told NBC. “What’s been hard is feeling like there isn’t room and space for that.”

Cullors went on to blame BLM for lacking infrastructural know-how as the “white guilt money” came pouring in.

“BLM was still figuring out what is its infrastructure,” Cullors said, as she defended, among other things, the organization’s $6 million purchase of Los Angeles-area compound intended, the AP reported, for “as a campus for a Black artists fellowship.”
