‘Clearly Out of His Mind’: Biden’s ‘Queen’ Gaffe Raises Cognitive Concerns

'Will anyone Invoke 25th amendment? ... '

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) President Joe Biden continued his string of embarrassing gaffes and disturbing breaks with reality this week, starting when he was publicly rebuffed trying to cop a lecherous squeeze of a famous actress and ending with a bewildering outburst that left viewers stunned and alarmed.

Wrapping up an already-jumbled speech Friday at the National Safer Communities Summit in West Hartford, Connecticut, Biden babbled about an incoming storm with a bizarre reference to his old favorite “dog-faced, lying, pony-soldier” before abruptly proclaiming, “All right. God Save the Queen, man,” and stumbled confusedly around stage until being hustled off by his handlers.

The delusional shout-out to Queen Elizabeth II, who died in September, left the audience visibly confused, political pundits alarmed and social media aflame.

“Joe Biden is clearly out of his mind and barely seems to know what he is saying, but a strikingly ironic remark by the president in light of his long history of hatred towards Britain,” tweeted Nile Gardiner, a former aide to the late British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.

Biden’s own comms team was reportedly caught off guard and left to clean up the latest mess dropped on stage by their aged boss.

“Several of you have asked me why he might have said that,” wrote the lead press pool reporter about his interaction with Biden’s media team. “I have no idea. Other poolers likewise have no idea.”

The strange remark echoed Biden’s prior public engagement with dead people, when he searched a crowd for the late Rep. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind., at a rally, and his rambling exit Friday left many observers alarmed over the president’s increasingly obvious cognitive decline.

“I have seen countless – and I mean countless – drunk people say something totally obscure like ‘God save the Queen’ and then jaunt around like a Joe Biden just did in an effort to play it off as if they were sober. He’s truly incapacitated,” tweeted political strategist Evan Berryhill.

“Will anyone Invoke 25th amendment?” asked Daily Signal investigative columnist Roman Jankowski, while popular political podcaster Tim Pool diagnosed, “ok he’s gone. His brain is jelly.”

Biden’s royal slip with reality came only days after he raised concerns about his cognitive decline with ramblings about building an oceanic railroad of preposterous proportions.

“We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean,” Biden blustered at Wednesday’s League of Conservation Voters gathering. “We have plans to build in Angola, one of the largest solar plants in the world. I could go on, but I’m not. I’m going off script. I’m going to get in trouble.”

“When the president of the United States announces an 8,000+-mile railroad spanning a miles-deep ocean — something that is not now nor has ever been under consideration — Americans have every reason to be concerned,” tweeted the RNC.

Missouri GOP Sen. Josh Hawley’s press secretary, Abigail Marone, offered a practical prescription, tweeting, “Put Grandpa to bed.”
