(Chris Parker, Headline USA) Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., will pursue a defamation suit against a far-left PAC after it falsely promoted a story claiming she’s a former prostitute.
The American Muckrackers PAC published the press release on June 14. It accused Boebert of formerly working as a prostitute, having multiple abortions, and taking on Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, was one of her clients. The abortions were alleged to have been conducted at a Planned Parenthood facility.
The report was also tweeted by Occupy Democrats, an influential leftist organization that formed during the “Occupy Wall Street” movement. Several other media outlets also ran with the story despite a lack of evidence.
BREAKING: The American Muckrackers PAC alleges that Lauren Boebert used to be an “unlicensed, paid escort” and met clients using a sugar daddy website — allegedly her escort work led to her having an abortion. The facts are still unconfirmed. RT IF YOU THINK THAT IT SOUNDS TRUE!

Boebert’s legal team has “irrefutable evidence that each one of these statements is patently false,” according to her attorney’s statement.
In a statement to Fox News, Boebert said that, “The law on this type of defamation is clear and this conduct will be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Attached is a letter from my attorney introducing our response to these lies.”
“This political committee, funded by far-left Democrat donors and run by two left-wing political operatives, published pages of false statements knowing they were completely fabricated,” she continued.
The PAC has received donations from several leftist organizations, including Moe Davis for Congress and ActBlue.
Her attorney added, “what is legally, and financially, disastrous for Muckrakers is the fact that we also have evidence, including internal Muckrakers’ text and email communications, that demonstrates Muckrakers did in fact publish statements knowing those statements to be false.”
He also warned Muckcrackers’ donors: ““This will be a costly miscalculation for Muckrakers, Wheeler and Muckrakers’ donors.”
Muckcrackers claimed to have photographic evidence of Boebert’s escort work. However, those photos had already been confirmed to be Melissa Carone over a year prior.
The PAC ended the reelection bid of Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C., after releasing footage of him naked with another man. However, it produced no viable evidence of its allegations against Boebert.
