Biden Tells Parents Their Kids Belong to Teachers, Warns of ‘Cultural Wars’

'They’re not somebody else’s children... '

(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) If ever parents, parents-rights advocates and anti-groomers needed a walking, talking billboard to drive home the inherent dangers of leftist screeds on critical race theory, gender identity, white privilege, so-called anti-racism and gender transitioning being pushed in classrooms, President Joe Biden delivered.

“You’ve heard me say it many times, about our children. But it’s true, they’re all our children,” Biden said during a teachers honor event. “The reason you’re the teachers of the year is because you recognize that.

“They’re not somebody else’s children,” Biden said. “They’re like yours when they’re in the classroom.”

The educator-in-chief’s telling remark ignited a roasting of criticism.

“Biden gives the green light to teachers to teach even controversial subjects such as sex ed for young children,” wrote Apex World News.

“No, Joe, they are not ‘somebody else’s children,’” the American Principles Project reminded Biden. “They are OUR children.”

While honoring teachers, Biden couldn’t help taking an apparent jab at Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis pulling some school books because they were packed with leftist ideology under the guise of math.

“Book burnings and banning books all because it doesn’t fit somebody’s political agenda? … We gotta stop making [teachers] a target of the culture wars,” Biden said.

“American teachers have dedicated their lives to teaching our children and lifting them up,” he said. “We’ve got to stop making them the target of the culture wars. That’s where this is going.”
