(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) President Joe Biden‘s press secretary, Karine Jean–Pierre ranted and raved about Republican governors in Texas and Arizona sending illegal immigrants to Democrat-run cities, the Gateway Pundit reported.
“We believe it’s shameful that some governors are using migrants as a political tool,” Jean–Pierre claimed during a press conference Tuesday at the White House.
Following up on Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser‘s xenophobic diatribe on Sunday, Jean–Pierre attacked Republican leaders for defending their state sovereignty amid the federal government’s dereliction of duty at the country’s porous southern border.
Asked by a reporter to comment on the affair, Jean–Pierre first stumbled her way through a series of non-answers before taking vague shots at Republicans.
“FEMA is the lead agency on this,” Jean–Pierre said, deflecting the question to the agency, which the Biden administration may use to funnel more federal tax dollars to illegals.
“I don’t have anything specific on the migrants being shipped to other states,” she continued, desperately trying to avoid answering.
But after being pressed again, Jean–Pierre committed to the line that the White House finds the actions of Republican governors to be “shameful,” suggesting that they should simply accept and deal with the consequences of the failed Biden regime.
Jean–Pierre echoed the more coherent but equally hysterical comments made by Bowser earlier this week.
“I worked with the White House to make sure that FEMA provided a grant to a local organization that is providing services to folks, but I fear that they’re being tricked into nationwide bus trips when their final destinations are places all over the United States of America,” Bowser said in an appearance on CBS’s Face the Nation.
Republican governors whose states have been ravaged by illegal immigrants have taken in recent months to bussing illegals to D.C., New York, and Biden’s home state of Delaware, since America’s elites seem only to have interest in stoking the problem.
The first buses arrived last April.

“We are sending [the illegals] to the United States Capitol, where the Biden administration will be able to more immediately address the needs of the people that they are allowing to come across our border,” Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said at the time.
