Bette Midler Accuses Kyle Rittenhouse’s Family of ‘Grooming’ for Teaching Him Gun Safety

'I'm glad he trained young or he might've hit someone innocent!'

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Actress Bette Midler posted a meme calling out Kyle Rittenhouse’s family, showing a picture of Rittenhouse as a boy holding an AR model rifle and claiming teaching gun safety to a child is “an actual example of grooming.”

Journalist Jack Posobiec responded to Midler’s post, pointing out her connections with actual groomers in Hollywood.

“Kyle was taught at a young age to defend himself and others. Now let’s talk about what you Hollywood people do with kids,” Jack Posobiec responded and then posted a picture of Midler posing with her daughter and former Hollywood mogul and convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein.

Rittenhouse is not guilty of all charges relating to an incident where he used an AR-15 to defend himself when attacked at a Black Lives Matter riot.

Rittenhouse killed two of his attackers, Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum, in self defense. Both Huber and Rosenbaum have criminal records, with charges including pedophilia and domestic abuse.

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger previously claimed that the Antifa mob was “full of heroes” and were in the right when they attempted to take Rittenhouse’s rifle.

According to Binger, “you lose the right to self-defense when you’re the one who brought the gun.”

Twitter came to Rittenhouse’s defense, with one user saying “I’m glad he trained young or he might’ve hit someone innocent!”

Hodgetwins wrote, “The left seeing boys in dresses at a drag show = beautiful, stunning, and brave. The left seeing boys practicing their constitutional rights = dangerous, grooming, and child abuse.”

Another user corrected Midler, calling it “training” instead of “grooming,” and explaining that gun safety training is an important part of protecting communities and families.

The man who initially fired at Rittenhouse on the night of the BLM was recently jailed for a crime spree where he and his wife robbed a man at knifepoint.
