Gutfeld, Babylon Bee Offer Jobs to Brian Stelter after CNN Cancellation

'I look forward to recognizing Brian Stelter as he runs up to my car at a red light to try and wash my windshield hoping I'll give him some cash...;

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Brian Stelter, the former chief media correspondent for CNN and host of the deceptively named Reliable Sources, may be making a move to the Babylon Bee.

Seth Dillo, CEO of the conservative satire site, made a public offer via Twitter after the public announcement that Reliable Sources was canceled and Stelter was departing the network altogether, the Daily Wire reported.

Hey @brianstelter, would you be interested in working for the Bee?” Dillon wrote. “We’re looking for talent with experience putting out funny fake news. You come highly recommended. Shoot me a DM if you’re interested!”

Fox News’s Greg Gutfeld, who has long maintained an on-air rivalry with Stelter, also posted a tweet that his show was hiring.

“Yo @brianstelter – my show is hiring,” Gutfield posted.

It is likely that these tweets were tongue-in-cheek, poking fun at Stelter for his time at CNN and his unceremonious boot out of the door of the far-left network that is desperately trying to rehabilitate its image with conservatives after a ratings plunge and series of internal scandals.

There were many such tweets from conservative commentators and other accounts, offering condolences for Stelter’s fanbase, as well as advice for the host himself.
