Abortion ‘Rights’ in Danger? 3 States Pass Unrestricted Anti-Life Laws

'The biggest battleground and the most significant war that’s taking place in this nation is the demonic murder of children in the womb... '

(Ezekiel Loseke, Headline USA) In the aftermath of the Dobbs case that overturned Roe v. Wade, pro-abortion activists propelled the narrative that their “right” to kill their own child was in imminent danger. The 2022 election has proved this narrative to be false.

Three deep blue states passed unrestricted pro-abortion constitutional amendments in the latest midterm elections, according to Axios. Those states (California, Michigan, and Vermont) amended their constitutions in a way that makes prohibiting infanticide impossible.

The Daily wire described the California and Vermont amendments as “limitless.”

The limitless amendments were very popular. Three-point-five million Californians voter for the initiative. The Vermont proposal passed by a 72% to 22% ratio.

In addition, the state of Kentucky rejected a constitutional amendment that would prohibit infanticide in the state.

Elisabeth Smith, director for state policy and advocacy at the Center for Reproductive Rights celebrated the election results with Axios. She said that the anti-life election results produced a “powerful and positive statement.” The director went on to say that, “state constitutions are now the best vehicle to protect abortion rights and ensure access,” after Roe was overturned.

Toni Atkisn, D-Calif., and Democrat Senate president pro tem told the Los Angeles Times that California voters sent a “loud, clear message to those who think they can control our bodies.”

Jack Hibbs, the pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills agreed with Smith and Atkisn. He told the Epoch Times that, “The biggest battleground and the most significant war that’s taking place in this nation is the demonic murder of children in the womb, and California is leading the way.”

More than legal protection, the nation’s largest proprietor of infanticide, Planned Parenthood, has received a 16% funding increase over the last four years, from private donations and government subsidies.

Despite the hysterical screeching over law makers, vandalism, riots and attention-seeking arrests, women are still in full possession of their “right” to kill their own children.
