A Dozen Biden Relatives Implicated in Foreign Business Schemes: Comer

'There’s not going to be anybody left for a Christmas picture if the [Department of Justice] did their job...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) A least a dozen relatives of President Joe Biden are likely to be exposed for benefiting from foreign businesses tied to Biden, House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., said to Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”

“There’s not going to be anybody left for a Christmas picture if the [Department of Justice] did their job and went in there and indicted everyone that has any type of fingerprints involved in this influence-peddling scheme,” Comer said, according to the New York Post.

“I mean, it’s the entire family,” Comer continued, adding that “there isn’t a single one of those family members that had the ability to do anything to influence foreign policy other than the big guy, Joe Biden.”

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee is still combing through bank records tied to the Biden family, Comer said. The records, Comer warned, have “suspicious activity reports” that directly implicate the first family into these foreign businesses.

“Nearly three weeks later, we walk out of Treasury–having read, pored over thousands of pages of documents, and I can tell you that there were more suspicious activity reports that had been previously reported and many more Biden family members that were involved in the influence-peddling scheme,” Comer said to Bartiromo.

House Republicans obtained access to the bank documents after an agreement with the U.S. Treasury Department.

“We’ve identified six additional members of Joe Biden’s family who may have benefited from the Biden family’s businesses that we are investigating, bringing the total number of those involved or benefiting to nine,” Comer said in a press statement on April 17.

Comer’s comments come a few days after an IRS whistleblower alleged that the Biden administration had attempted to influence a criminal investigation into the president’s son, Hunter Biden.

“Typical steps that a law enforcement investigator would take were compromised because of political considerations,” Mark Lytle, an attorney for the whistleblower said on Friday, refusing to confirm whether the information the whistleblower has is tied to Hunter Biden.
