(Headline USA) President Joe Biden was caught once again using a cheat sheet with reporters’ names and images during a joint press conference this week with Australia Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
Toward the end of the conference, Biden and Albanese took questions from four reporters. An image of Biden from the event shows him holding a note card with each of the reporters’ pictures and a description of them.

The reporters included: PBS’s Laura Barron–Lopez, USA Today White House correspondent Joey Garrison, Australia’s Channel 10 editor Ashleigh Raper and The Australian’s Jeff Chambers.
Biden has been seen with similar cheat cards at just about every press conference he’s held.
In April, he was seen holding one during a joint press conference with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol that not only included the names and affiliations of specific reporters, but prewritten questions the reporters had submitted to Biden’s press team.
One of the prewritten questions next to Los Angeles Times journalist Courtney Subramanian’s name, for example, read, “How are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities—like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing—with alliance-based foreign policy?”
Biden’s notecards have even included specific instructions on how to conduct himself during events.
One cheat sheet that he used during a meeting with wind industry executives last year, for example, included reminders such as, “YOU take YOUR seat,” “YOU give brief comments,” and “YOU depart.”
Many have pointed to Biden’s reliance on cheat sheets as a sign of his cognitive decline. Newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said this week that it is undeniable Biden’s mental faculties have been deteriorating.
“That’s reality. This is not a personal slight to him. It has to do with age and acumen and everyone’s different, everyone ages differently,” Johnson said.
“Again, it’s not a personal insult to him, it’s just reality. This is what’s concerning to everyone,” Johnson added. “We cannot project weakness of any kind on the world stage right now. This is a dangerous time for all the things going on in the world.”
