(Mark Pellin, Headline USA) Donald Trump released a fiery response to the Biden administration’s latest attempt to interfere with the 2024 presidential election by setting a J6 trial date for the heart of the campaign season.
The Obama-appointed federal judge overseeing the Biden Justice Department’s J6 prosecution Trump on Monday denied a proposal from Trump’s legal team that would have slated the witch hunt for an April trial date. Judge Tanya Chutkan, a radical leftist with long ties to Democrat lawfare efforts targeting Trump, declared the trial would start March 4, one day before Super Tuesday, when more than a dozen key swing states are scheduled to hold primaries.
Trump, who is currently by far the leading GOP presidential contender and the likely main obstacle to President Joe Biden securing another term, blasted the decision in a series of fiery Truth Social posts after Monday’s announcement.
“Deranged Jack Smith & his team of Thugs, who were caught going to the White House just prior to Indicting the 45th President of the United States (an absolute No No!), have been working on this Witch Hunt for almost 3 years, but decided to bring it smack in the middle of Crooked Joe Biden’s Political Opponent’s campaign against him,” Trump wrote, and vowed, “I will APPEAL!”
A flurry of Republican lawmakers joined Trump in criticizing the political weaponization of the trial date as blatant election interference, with Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., calling it a “total sham!”, while Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., declared, “We must use the power of the purse to DEFUND the Left’s sham prosecutions of President Trump. This taxpayer-funded election interference cannot continue.”
This is election interference, plain and simple. https://t.co/iWqT7i6wti

Chutkan has consistently issued some of the most egregiously harsh sentences for J6 patriots who have appeared in her courtroom. She also previously worked at the same law firm as Biden’s son, Hunter, that represented Fusion GPS, the company that helped orchestrate the Russia collusion hoax targeting Trump.
The reported “scion of Marxist revolutionaries,” though, wasn’t alone in running alleged election interference for Biden and the Democrat Party.
The multiple trials scheduled against Trump align in nefarious harmony with key dates slated for the 2024 campaign, starting with the Oct. 2 fraud suit that New York Attorney General Letitia James has been pursuing for years and followed by E. Jean Carroll’s defamation on Jan. 15, timed to the massively important Iowa Republican presidential caucus.
The alleged hush-money case hobbled together by Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is tapped to start on March 25, slap in the middle of a slew of primaries that are slated to bookend the date, including key states Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Ohio and Louisiana.
The May date set for Smith’s Mar-a-Lago sham document case coincides with primaries in another field of battleground states. Fulton County DA Fani Willis was originally pushing for a March 4 trial date, but has most recently rushed to get a top billing Oct. 23 date in the Trump Persecution Production.
Can it be any more obvious that all of these indictments are nothing more than ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!! https://t.co/SXaehbwuSK
