Bombshell: Hunter Biden Wanted President to Take the Stand

'President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial...'

(Luis CornelioHeadline USA) Recently uncovered documents from the fall of 2022 have unveiled that Hunter Biden’s legal team had formulated a plan to involve President Joe Biden in the ongoing criminal investigation, Politico reported on Saturday.

In a scathing letter, authored by Hunter’s attorney Chris Clark, the lawyers explicitly delineated their intent to summon President Biden as a pivotal witness in the defense to exonerate Hunter from any charges.

“President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial,” stated Clark in a 32-page letter.

Politico’s report indicated that the attorney aimed to implicate the president, seemingly in an effort to dissuade federal prosecutors from pursuing charges against Hunter.

“This of all cases justifies neither the spectacle of a sitting President testifying at a criminal trial nor the potential for a resulting Constitutional crisis,” Clark wrote.

The publication also detailed that Hunter was well-informed about the impeachment of former President Donald Trump, which was spearheaded by Democrats and centered on a phone conversation between Trump and the Ukrainian president pertaining to Hunter’s purported transgressions.

“I have a meeting tomorrow with impeachment lawyers for the day,” Biden responded in a text message, according to Politico. “It will have to wait until Tuesday I’m afraid.”

Arguing for Hunter’s defense, Clark claimed that the potential charges related to the alleged unlawful possession of a firearm were “constitutionally dubious at best.”

As Politico reported, Clark contended that this case would necessitate President Biden’s involvement as a trial witness. “There can be no doubt that these leaks have inserted President Biden into this case,” Clark remarked during a CNN interview last year.

Politico’s coverage specified that Clark made reference to various leaks in both the Washington Post and the Daily Mail.

“First, someone told The Washington Post that investigators thought Biden deserved tax and gun charges,” Politico alleged. “Then a few days later, The Daily Mail reported on a voicemail Joe Biden left for his son in the window of time when he allegedly owned the gun.”

Clark then proceeded to directly appeal to officials in the Biden administration against contemplating charges against his client.
