(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) A court website in Fulton County, Georgia, leaked a document pertaining to an imminent indictment from a far-left district attorney against former President Donald Trump and his reported efforts to demand a proper investigation of the ballots cast in the 2020 election.
The document, first reported by Reuters, listed 12 indictments, including one felony count for a violation of the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations law. In response to the leak, the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, led by embattled Fani Willis, released a statement to reporters claiming that no charges had been filed against Trump.
A spokesperson for the court in question also issued a statement, calling the leaked document “fictitious” and stating that the file does not “bear an official case number,” and thus should not be considered real.

Trump attorneys Drew Findling and Jennifer Little reacted to the leak with a scorching criticism. In a statement obtained by Headline USA, the attorneys wrote, “The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has once again shown that they have no respect for the integrity of the grand jury process. This was not a simple administrative mistake.”
The statement further added, “This is emblematic of the pervasive and glaring constitutional violations which have plagued this case from its very inception.”
The situation further deteriorated and the mystery deepened when it was reported that the Fulton County grand jury had, in fact, “returned at least one indictment Monday, though it was not immediately clear against whom. Documents were presented around 9 p.m. by the county courts clerk to the Fulton County judge who for months has been presiding over the investigation,” the Associated Press reported, adding that the “grand jury heard from witnesses into the evening Monday.”
That would seemingly indicate that the DA’s heralding of its Trump indictment was posted while the grand jury was still actively in session.
“The Grand Jury testimony has not even FINISHED – but it’s clear the District Attorney has already decided how this case will end,” Trump wrote in a campaign email. “This is an absolute DISGRACE.”
Prominent conservative voices also quickly took to social media to blast what they deemed as a potential violation of Trump’s due process rights, given that a grand jury had not returned an indictment against Trump.
Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., reacted to the document, demanding a motion to dismiss the case. “This is OUTRAGEOUS government conduct and is a very legitimate basis to deem the entire Grand Jury process tainted & corrupted,” Gaetz said, before adding, “MOTION TO DISMISS!!!”
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., echoed Gaetz’s remarks, calling the alleged leak illegal. “This is completely against the law!!” Green stated. “The Fulton County DA Fani Willis MUST BE REMOVED!!!”

Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, chimed in to highlight the fact that Trump had not been indicted by a grand jury in the contentious investigation, questioning, “How is this not a due process violation?”
Political commentator Mike Cernovich also joined in the criticism, going as far as calling a potential RICO charge a “lynching” of the former president. “The Grand Jury is still meeting,” Cernovich declared. “The law isn’t being followed. This is state sponsored lynching.”
State prosecutors in Georgia have been investigating a phone call between Trump and Georgia officials, during which the former president sought to persuade the Republican leaders to properly investigate allegations of potential fraudulent paper ballots submitted in the 2020 presidential election.
Trump, who is now running for the Republican nomination for president in 2024, defended the call, referring to it as a “PERFECT” conversation.
