(Luis Cornelio, Headline USA) In a Friday interview on Fox News’s Kudlow, Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., made explosive allegations against the Biden administration, accusing the FBI of being “asleep at the wheel” and alleging IRS employees are “disgusted” by alleged corruption within the federal government.
During the interview, Donalds stated, “You have rank and file officers at the FBI who are probably disgusted with what’s going on with the political brass and the leadership at the FBI. This, in my view, is a cover-up.” He went on to assert that the FBI failed to investigate potential corruption cases adequately.
“You want to talk about where these conversations begin?” Donalds asked, referring to business dealings with numerous foreign entities. “My reading of it, this stuff started when Joe Biden was still vice president of the United States. That’s when this stuff was starting.” He further claimed that a confidential human source had reported information to the FBI over an extended period, but the bureau did not take substantial action.
An informant file, called an FD-1023, contained damning information related to an alleged bribery scheme involving Biden, his embattled son Hunter Biden and a high-ranking executive at Burisma. The file had remained confidential until last week, when Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, released the document.

Donalds also implicated former President Barack Obama and former Attorney General Eric Holder for allegedly ordering the FBI not to further investigate these allegations.
“This stuff is like a Tom Clancy novel,” he continued, “but there’s so much detail, and there’s so much evidence of this, and if you compare what we already know to the complete lack of evidence that they have against Donald Trump, yet they’re going after him with prosecution after prosecution, it’s indicative of the two-tiered system of justice in our country, and it demonstrates that there is clear corruption in the Department of Justice, in the FBI, at the political level, and we have to hold that accountable.”
As the allegations of corruption within the Biden administration and the FBI continue to unfold, some lawmakers are going a step further, asserting that the evidence uncovered must lead to the impeachment of Biden.
GOP Reps. Greg Stuebe, Fla., Anna Paulina Luna, Fla., Lauren Boebert, Colo., and Jim Banks, Ind., have all called for the impeachment of Biden. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy echoed those lawmakers’ concerns and said it is likely the evidence will lead the impeachment proceedings against the scandal-ridden president.
