(Abdul–Rahman Oladimeji Bello, Headline USA) Following Twitter’s decision to censor the Daily Wire’s documentary on horrific trans-mutilation surgeries for minors, What Is A Woman?, several woke moderators have exited the company. Their abrupt departures come after Chief Tweet Elon Musk called the censorship coup wrong and green-lighted showing the documentary.
The Daily Wire reported that the social media titan’s program manager of alleged brand safety, Maie Aiyed, hit the road. Aiyed, it turned out, had a long a sordid history of making racist remarks targeted at white people.
An account verified as one affiliated with Twitter with the name Maie Aiyed posted, “Today was my last day at the bird app.”
Without specifying the reason behind the exit, Aiyed appreciated some colleagues. “I feel so lucky to have been part of something so special,” she wrote with the hashtag “#LoveWhereYouWorked.”
Rebel News reported that Aiyed’s announcement came simultaneously with news of Ella Irwin’s resignation as the chief of Twitter’s trust and safety department.
Musk said the departures directly related to the company’s efforts to censor the Daily Wire’s documentary.
Reacting to Daily Wire’s documentary, Musk commented, “Every Parent should watch this.”

The Twitter CEO added, “Consenting adults should do whatever makes them happy, provided it does not harm others, but a child is not capable of consent, which is why we have laws protecting minors.”
Musk’s revelation about these departures led to other Twitter users digging for past Aiyed posts dating back to 2017.
In many of these posts, the former Twitter employee made derogatory comments about white people’s ability to comprehend other cultures.

“[W]hite ppl eat half a shawerma wrap and be like AH LAAN! SHOE is mak . like wtf does that even mean mark . ur still not invited to the hummus,” Aiyed tweeted in 2017 in a post that has been blocked.
In another blocked post, she wrote, “[W]hite guys think buying Elvis memorabilia is a suitable substitute for a personality lmao.”
