Dylan Mulvaney Said ‘Misgendering’ Should Be ‘Illegal’

'I'm going to try to leave gender out of this, since that's how we found ourselves here... '

(Headline USA) Transgender influence Dylan Mulvaney claimed this week that it should be “illegal” for people to refer to him by the wrong pronouns.

Mulvaney, a man who became famous for documenting his male-to-female “transition,” aired his grievances against critics in a newly resurfaced TikTok video, which was titled “Adult Bullies.”

In the video, which was originally published in October 2022, Mulvaney complains about the criticism he’s received and took aim at unidentified journalists who refer to him as a man in their coverage.

“Like, the articles written about me using ‘he’ pronouns and calling me a man over and over again, I feel like that should be illegal. I don’t know, that’s just bad journalism,” Mulvaney said.

Mulvaney even claimed that articles in which he is “misgendered” are worse than those who suggest he is a pedophile.

“I’m reminding myself that those people actually feel like they’re doing the Lord’s work,” Mulvaney said. “They believe that their bullying actually is the right thing to do, and I’m the one to blame when I’m just over here trying to live my best life.”

Mulvaney has been silent on social media for the past several weeks following the fall-out of his partnership with Bud Light. But he returned to Instagram on Thursday, posting a video in response to his critics.

“I’m going to try to leave gender out of this, since that’s how we found ourselves here,” he began.

“A lot has been said about me,” he said. “Some of which is so far from my truth that I was hearing my name and I didn’t know who they were talking about sometimes. It was so loud that I didn’t even feel part of the conversation so I decided to take the backseat.”

Mulvaney didn’t mention Bud Light by name.
