Key Biden Advisor Susan Rice Exits White House

'Rice’s departure leaves a major hole within the top ranks of the White House right as it gears up for a likely re-election campaign...'

(Robert Jonathan, Headline USA) Susan Rice, the current White House domestic policy advisor and former national security adviser during the Obama administration, is leaving the Biden administration on May 26, the Daily Wire reported.

Much speculation emerged over that past couple of years that Rice was the person actually running the show to advance the far-left, Democrat agenda on behalf of the befuddled Joe Biden.

According to Politico, “Rice’s departure leaves a major hole within the top ranks of the White House right as it gears up for a likely re-election campaign and as it faces a stare down with congressional Republicans over raising the debt limit.”

Biden is reportedly set to announce his 2024 reelection bid this week.

It was not immediately clear whether Rice’s departure was linked in any way to the re-election race, although she may see a greater chance of improving her own political prospects by untethering from the unpopular president.

Rice had previously toyed with the idea of running for the U.S. Senate and was on Joe Biden’s short list for a running mate before he picked Kamala Harris.

Citing administration officials, NBC News indicated that Rice’s resignation was unrelated to another controversy—the influx of unaccompanied, migrant children at the southern border.

NBC said that Rice only intended to spend two years in the position.

In a nearly 400-word statement announcing Rice’s exit, the White House wrote that “there is no one more capable, and more determined to get important things done for the American people than Susan Rice.”

Among other accomplishments, Rice was credited as a key player in jamming through Congress the so-called Inflation Reduction Act.

According to White House chief of staff Jeff Zients, Rice has taken Biden policies “to new heights.”

Politico said that Biden operatives are strongly considering radical leftist Neera Tanden as Rice’s replacement. Tanden was forced to withdraw her nomination to oversee the Office of Management and Budget after failing to secure the Senate votes needed for confirmation.

“She has a history of being a poor manager and of supporting toxic far-left policies which would be detrimental to the nation if implemented,” wrote Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D.

However, Tanden, who is currently a senior advisor and staff secretary to Biden, would not require confirmation to fill the Cabinet-level post that Biden carved out specially for Rice, who likewise faced grim prospects of clearing the Senate confirmation process.

While leading the National Security Council during the Obama administration, Rice helped engineer the disastrous Benghazi cover-up and the controversial Iran nuclear deal.

Even CNN admitted she faced criticism from the GOP for her alleged involvement in the so-called surveillance unmasking of the Trump team.

In view of anticipated confirmation difficulties given these controversies, Biden abandoned plans to nominate Rice as U.S. secretary of state and instead named her as director of his Domestic Policy Council.

In addition to having served as U.N. ambassador and national security advisor for Obama, Rice also held various posts under the Bill Clinton administration.

Biden concluded the Rice farewell message by noting that “I also want to thank her husband Ian and her children Jake and Maris for yet again sharing Susan with us.”

In October 2018, the Washington Post reported that Stanford University student John David (“Jake”) Rice-Cameron, “is not just a conservative but the head of the Stanford College Republicans and a proud supporter of President Trump. His ambition is to ‘Make Stanford Great Again.”

Monday turned out to be a day of departures, with the shocking development that Fox News and top-rated host Tucker Carlson, American’s most influential pundit, have abruptly parted ways.

On Monday, CNN fired anchor Don Lemon, someone that neither the viewers nor co-workers liked, and an individual once described by former President Trump as the dumbest man on television.
