Dems Fume over MTG’s Call for Nat’l Divorce, 3 Years after Plotting to Secede

'We need to separate by red states and blue states and shrink the federal government... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) After Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., called for a national divorce between red and blue states, numerous leftists fell into a state of hysteria, American Wire News reported.

“We need a national divorce,” Greene wrote on Twitter.

“We need to separate by red states and blue states and shrink the federal government. Everyone I talk to says this. From the sick and disgusting woke culture issues shoved down our throats to the Democrat’s traitorous America Last policies, we are done,” she wrote to mark the occasion of President’s Day by suggesting that red and blue states should go their own way.

RINO political pundit and corporate media hack David French was quick to condemn MTG for her “dangerous” rhetoric.

French’s sentiments were shared by Cenk Uyger, the founder of The Young Turks–an liberal activist group of foreigners who live in the United States.

According to Uyger, MGT does not care enough about equality, and she and millions of other Americans are traitors.

MTG’s tweet even drew a reaction from Utah Republican Gov. Spencer Cox, who suggested that such notions were evil.

“This rhetoric is destructive and wrong and—honestly—evil,” Cox wrote on Twitter. “We don’t need a divorce, we need marriage counseling. And we need elected leaders that don’t profit by tearing us apart. We can disagree without hate. Healthy conflict was critical to our nation’s founding and survival.”

Of course numerous leftists called for national divorce just before the 2020 election.

In an attempt to hold the nation hostage, more than 50 progressive groups met just before that election to discuss what they would do if Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden lost to then President Donald Trump—or if Biden won and Trump refused to concede.

They concluded that violence and national divorce would be the most likely answers.
