Dershowitz Doubts SCOTUS Determination to Solve Dobbs Leak

'Maybe some of the justices don't want to solve this issue.... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Alan Dershowitz, a longtime Harvard Law professor who has also trained several Supreme Court justices, is worried that the high court is not taking seriously the prematurely leaked Dobbs opinion.

According to Dershowitz, the court needs to ensure that such things do not happen again, given that the leak was likely an attempt to stir up public opinion, Just the News reported.

“I don’t think that the Supreme Court is devoting the right resources to this,” Dershowitz said last week.

“They have to give people immunity. They have to get warrants for their laptops and for their cell phones. And they have to do the kind of investigation that produces results.”

The court has apparently failed to investigate the most probable sources of the leak–law clerks, especially those with leftist sympathies.

“Having the marshal’s office do the investigation is unlikely to produce a result,” he said. “Maybe some of the justices don’t want to solve this issue. Maybe they don’t want to know that it was a law clerk. Maybe they’ll think it’ll cause further divisiveness.”

And as the Left uses staged violence and false flags to rile up their base against the Right, the corporate media and its hacks quickly pass over things like the attempt on the life of a Supreme Court justice.

“That leak almost caused the death of a justice to the Supreme Court,” he noted, alluding to the attempted murder of Justice Brett Kavanaugh by a transgender.

“You get somebody who heard about the leak and says, ‘If I kill a justice who is going to vote for the overruling of Roe, maybe the decision will be different.’ And he went on the lawn of Kavanaugh’s house with guns and with knives. And thank God he was caught. This is a very serious matter.”
