Host of ‘The View’ Compares Republican Women to Cockroaches

'Do they want to live in The Handmaid's Tale?... '

(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Sunny Hostin, one of the co-hosts of The View, launched a tirade against female Republican voters, comparing them to “roaches.”

“What’s also surprising to me is the abortion issue,” Hostin said. “I read a poll just yesterday that white, Republican suburban women are now going to vote Republican.

“It’s almost like roaches voting for Raid, right?”

Hostin somehow seemed surprised that Republicans will continue to vote for Republican candidates, the Post Millennial reported. She also showed no concern for the young female babies who are exterminated in the womb.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, panelist and former assistant to Donald Trump, defended the women voters, accusing Hostin of being “insulting.”

Hostin, however, insisted that women who vote against pro-abortion legislation are “voting against their own self interest.”

“Do they want to live in Gilead?” she asked, attempting to make a comparison to totalitarian regimes in books and TV shows. “Do they want to live in The Handmaid’s Tale?”

Hostin has been put in the hot seat for her takes several times during her tenure on The View. In September, she went after former governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley, who was born in India, accusing her of “running from her heritage.”

Hostin also made fun of Haley for going by her middle name, Nikki, instead of her first name, Nimarata.

Hostin goes by a nickname, Sunny, instead of her real first name, Asunción.

Griffin, a Republican and former Trump staffer, joined The View as a permanent co-host in an attempt to bring a Right-wing voice to the extremely Left-leaning group.

A recent poll revealed that “white, suburban women,” as Hostin calls them, are moving away from the Democrat party due to concerns about skyrocketing crime and inflation.

The survey found that this group of voters, comprising 20% of the voting population, has shifted 26-percentage points away from Democrats in a matter of months.

Suburban white women are now in favor of the GOP by 15%.
