(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Author Sam Harris recently boasted in a podcast interview that he would go to great lengths to keep former President Donald Trump from winning a second term.
According to the Daily Wire, Harris compared Trump to an asteroid headed for earth, and conceded that he would have excused First Son Hunter Biden for having “corpses of children in his basement” to keep Trump out of the White House.
“Hunter Biden — at that point Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement. I would not have cared,” Harris said about ignoring the myriad sins of the Biden clan.
“There’s nothing — first of all, it’s Hunter Biden, it’s not Joe Biden … even, whatever scope of Joe Biden’s corruption is, like if we could just go down that rabbit hole endlessly and understand that he’s getting kickbacks from Hunter Biden’s deals in Ukraine or wherever else, right, or China.
“It is infinitesimal compared to the corruption we know Trump is involved in,” Harris explained, and elaborated on the allegations against Trump, particularly regarding Trump University.
He also expressed the belief that the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story was “absolutely” a “leftwing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump.”
“Absolutely it was. Absolutely,” he said. “But I think it was warranted.”
Triggernometry podcast host Konstantin Kisin interjected, feeling the need to address this point.
“You’re saying you’re content with a left-wing conspiracy to prevent somebody being democratically re-elected as president,” Kisin said.
Harris argued that this was not technically leftwing because of involvement of people such as recently defeated Congresswoman Liz Cheney, RINO-Wyo. Harris is one of many media pundits with these beliefs, but he is the first to explain them in such plain terms.
And he doubled-down on Twitter, trying to explain what he previously explained.
“On the podcast, I was speaking narrowly about the wisdom and propriety of ignoring the Hunter Biden laptop story until after the election. I’ve always thought that this was a very hard call, ethically and journalistically,” he wrote.
In the end, Harris had no problem ignoring the truth and the evidence.
But given what happened with the Anthony Weiner laptop in the previous election, I think it was probably the right call. 5/6

Social media platforms Facebook and Twitter are actively working against Trump’s influence months ahead of the upcoming midterms, censoring accounts and posts they deem to be “misinformation.”
Facebook has already taken action against the Libs of TikTok account, indefinitely banning the page with no apparent reason.
