(Pamela Cosel, Headline USA) An attorney and Harvard Law School lecturer whose career focus has been on advancing the civil rights of LGBTQ people has called for continued harassment of the Supreme Court justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade.
In a tweet, Alejandra Caraballo demanded that “these justices should never have a peaceful moment in public again,” calling the conservative justices “pariahs.”
The 6 justices who overturned Roe should never know peace again. It is our civic duty to accost them every time they are in public. They are pariahs. Since women don’t have their rights, these justices should never have a peaceful moment in public again.

This, from a Harvard University law lecturer, as someone who should know decorum and how the U.S. Constitution works. Along the same leftist lines, Twitter deemed her call to harassment was “not” a violation of their policies, according to Newsmax.
George Washington Law School professor Jonathan Turley noted that Caraballo advocates for censorship on Twitter, saying it should ban “popular conservative site ‘Libs of TikTok,’” calling it a “terrorist enterprise because it shows liberals talking about themselves.”
Turley cited the activist attorney and college lecturer’s hypocrisy as “the latest example of academics seeking to harass these justices because they hold opposing constitutional views. It is also an example of the addiction to rage that has developed in this country.”
Caraballo fueled the flames of anger by generalizing and exaggerating what she thinks SCOTUS will change rules about next, without knowledge of the intent of the next cases to be considered by SCOTUS. And falling in line with other abortion terrorists, Caraballo provided a guide on which judges to target for harassment and intimidation.

However, University of Memphis assistant law professor Regina Hillman, who worked on the landmark case Obergefell v. Hodges, which dealt with the issue of same-sex marriage, said she is “confident the Obergefell decision will hold because Justice Thomas’ concurring opinion was not that of the majority of justices who overturned Roe v. Wade.”
Instead of riling up the public with angry posts, Caraballo ought to review her law textbooks and read the U.S. Constitution.
