High-Profile Vote-Fraud Prosecutions Help to Debunk Dems’ Big Lie

(Headline USA) Multiple election officials, activists and political candidates involved in the 2020 election are facing allegations of vote fraud, debunking Democrats’ claim that the election was “fair.”

Investigators and prosecutors have been ramping up their cases against multiple individuals for violating election laws. Many of the cases involve mail-in ballots, which were widely used in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Just the News.

In New York, for example, Kimberly Ashe-McPherson, a GOP councilwoman, was forced to resign from the Troy city council after pleading guilty to federal identity theft for fraudulently submitting three absentee ballots in the state’s primaries and general elections to boost her reelection chances.

In Pennsylvania, former Democrat congressman Michael “Ozzie” Myers pled guilty to multiple counts of election fraud, including “conspiracy to deprive voters of civil rights, bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and conspiring to illegally vote in a federal election by orchestrating schemes to fraudulently stuff ballot boxes for specific Democratic candidates in the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Pennsylvania election.”

Myers admitted to bribing 39th Ward, 36th Division Judge Domenick Demuro to turn a blind eye to the fraudulent efforts, according to the Justice Department.

He also conspired to commit election fraud with 39th Ward, 2nd Division Judge Marie Beren, who was separately charged and pleaded guilty in October 2021. He allegedly drove her to the polling station to open the polls almost every Election Day and told her which candidates should receive fraudulent votes.

And in Arizona, Guillermina Fuentes, a former Democrat mayor of San Luis, pled guilty to ballot harvesting during the August 2020 primary election.

Phill Kline, director of election integrity watchdog the Amistad Project, said that these investigations should force government officials to take a harder look at the 2020 election.

“What’s challenging now is a large group of government officials and members of one particular political party … don’t want to make an effort to identify” voter fraud, he said.

Moreover, activist organizations are pouring millions of dollars into the administration of elections, which is “unprecedented,” Kline said.
