(Headline USA) The radical, George-Soros-funded district attorney of Los Angeles is declining to charge the suspect who attacked comedian Dave Chappelle on stage this week with a felony, even though he was carrying a replica firearm that contained a knife.
An arrest has been made in an incident where a comedian was attacked while on stage at the Hollywood Bowl. Isaiah Lee was charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon and bail is set at $30,000.

LA District Attorney George Gascon’s office announced Isaiah Lee would be charged with four misdemeanors after he was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
Gascon claimed there was not enough evidence to meet the felony standard for assault with a deadly weapon, since he did not present the weapon during the incident.
“The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has referred the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office for misdemeanor filing consideration,” Greg Risling, a spokesperson for Gascon, said in a statement.
“After reviewing the evidence, prosecutors determined that, while criminal conduct occurred, the evidence as presented did not constitute felony conduct,” he added. “The District Attorney’s Office does not prosecute misdemeanor crimes within the City of Los Angeles.”
Gascon has come under fire from other city officials who say his soft-on-crime policies have made crime in Los Angeles worse.
County Sheriff Alex Villanueva, for example, blasted Gascon for dismissing a huge number of cases that come before him.
“He showed up like Moses with his 10 commandments with his tablets and said, ‘Here’s my special orders, take ’em or take ’em,” Villanueva told Fox News.
“That does not promote a good working relationship,” he continued. “The deputies are going to continue doing their job, they make the arrests, they’ll write the reports, but then what happens after it’s submitted to the D.A is where it all falls apart,” he explained.
