U.S. Biological Research Co. in Ukraine Tied to EcoHealth Alliance, Wuhan Lab

'[T]here may be as many as "15 US military biological laboratories . . . in Ukraine" that have been directly controlled by United States military and intelligence operatives... '

(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) An American biotech company involved in the Ukrainian bioweapon lab scandal has ties to EcoHealth Alliance, the NGO whose “gain-of-function” research on coronaviruses in Wuhan, China may have caused the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota, a San Francisco-based biological research company said to be the “main player in the Ukrainian labs,” have partnered with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to fund incredibly risky bioweapons research throughout the world, according to The Expose.

Both organizations were involved in PREDICT, an infectious disease research program funded by a USAID grant, but Metabiota has also allegedly served as a subcontractor for the United States government in the Ukraine.

“Black & Veatch and DTRA signed contracts, estimated at $215.6 million on construction and operation of biolabs in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Thailand, Ethiopia, Vietnam and Armenia,” The Expose reported.

“Under the program in Georgia and Ukraine, Black & Veatch subcontractor, Metabiota, signed an $18.4 million federal contract.”

In Congressional testimony in early March, State Department official Victoria Nuland confirmed the existence of American-funded “biological research facilities” in the Ukraine, and warned that they were in danger of falling into Russian hands.

Though the media hastened to dismiss the confirmation as the “speck of fact” with which “Russian disinformation” often begins, The Expose has claimed that there may be as many as “15 US military biological laboratories . . . in Ukraine” that have been directly controlled by United States military and intelligence operatives through companies like Metabiota.

The company, which according to CBS was partly responsible for the 2014 Ebola outbreak in West Africa, is listed on the website of the World Economic Forum and praised as pioneer in pushing the “boundaries of insuring catastrophic risks, preparing for infectious disease threats, and catalysing public-private partnerships to protect global health security.”

Coincidentally, Metabiota’s founder, Nathan D. Wolfe — allegedly a friend of the infamous “suicide” Jeffrey Epstein — is one of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders.
