(John Ransom, Headline USA) New emails obtained by Fox News from U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) raise doubts about previous claims by Hunter Biden’s attorney that he had divested himself from a fund that the Treasury Department believed might have organized crime ties.
The records, said Fox News, show that Hares Youssef, who is described as a Ukrainian – Syrian businessman, with suspected ties to Russian organized crime, paid a fund $3 million, in which Hunter Biden was a prime investor through his partnership Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP).
Emails show that Hunter was in contact with leaders at RSTP in 2016 and 2017 about investments he had with the fund, even as his lawyer claimed that Hunter was fully divested from that fund in 2015.

One of those RSTP employees, Anne Marie Person, just happened to end up with a plum job in the West Wing of the White House under then-vice president Joe Biden.
“I am very excited to have Anne Marie Person working here with me in the West Wing!! I think all of you know her from her work with Rosemont Seneca,” wrote then-Vice President Biden’s assistant, Kathy Chung, in a May 27, 2014 email according to the New York Post that retrieved the emails from the Hunter Biden laptop that the liberal media, until recently, said it was just a Russian disinformation campaign.
Person’s job, said the Post, was to keep the Biden clan and the executives at RSTP apprised of the coming and goings of VIPs who were meeting with the vice president.
And one RSTP affiliate, according to a US Senate report, was paid $3.5 million by the wife of Moscow’s mayor, a transaction that is still unexplained, said the New York Post, which called the payment “mysterious.”
While the new information doesn’t suggest that Hunter Biden in anyway coordinated the payments to the fund that FinCen is interested in, one of the accounts was owned by Devon Archer, a Hunter Biden partner and longtime friend, who at the time was paying Hunter, said Fox News.
The report is just one part of an avalanche of information that has suddenly become available about Hunter Biden, in which the words Ukraine, Russia, China and organized crime figure prominently in the Biden ecosphere, a topic which we were told previously was conspiracy theory-level disinformation, not just by the media, but by former and current government intelligence officials.
The topics of Ukraine, Russia, China and organized crime also figured in the four-year effort by Democrats to impeach then-president Donald Trump.
And now the US is at various stages of war, or rumors of war, with these countries.
It’s probably just coincidental.
