Biden Disoriented at Tribal Lands Signing Ceremony: ‘Where Is Everybody?’

'All right, Jill. I don’t know what was going on back there, but I — we’re all here. OK. I was worried you won’t come out...'

During an executive order signing ceremony this week, President Joe Biden showcased his fast-disappearing memory, confusing himself and rambling embarrassingly about irrelevant topics, Becker News reported.

The ceremony was held at a summit with Indian leaders in order to sign an order related to tribal lands in the United States.

The Biden directive commands subordinates in the executive branch to “combat” human trafficking and crime that takes place on tribal lands.

But in the midst of the ceremony, Biden seemed to lose track of where he was, what he was doing, and who was with him.

“And now it’s my honor to sign an executive order, and a couple of my friends are going to be coming out here, I’m told, cabinet members,” he said before entering a state of total confusion.

“But, you know, can we go? Where is everybody? Jill — Jill’s here, the attorney general, we’ve got them all. Everybody’s here. All right, Jill. I don’t know what was going on back there, but I — we’re all here. OK. I was worried you won’t come out. Good to see you. All right.”

This is not the first time that Biden has had trouble remembering his surroundings or the task at hand.

At a recent summit with the European Union, Biden made himself extremely confused as he shuffled through paperwork.

“Uhh, I’ve said before and I apologize for the confusion,” he said at the time. “Oh, I didn’t… that’s my national security adviser.”

“We’ve got a lot of people here, I apologize,” the seasoned vet continued. “I’m going to get in trouble, but… anyway, we’ll get back to that. But, umm, uhh, we umm, uhh, you know, there’s a lot that, uhh, that is, it it it it is…”
