Biden Predicted Disastrous Results of Biden’s Afghanistan Withdrawal

'And you leave those billions of dollars of weapons behind, I promise they're gonna be used against your grandchild and mine someday, Biden said...'

It’s too late for a time machine to rescue the hundreds of Americans left stranded, along with the 13 American military lives lost, in the wake of the Biden administration’s disastrous and deadly withdrawal of Afghanistan.

It’s similarly too late to save the billions of dollars worth of high-value military equipment and weapons left behind, which has since fallen into the hands of Taliban fanatics and other American-hating terrorists, another result of Biden’s gross incompetence and mishandling of the rushed troop withdrawal.

There were plenty of Republican politicians and conservative pundits who rightly warned Biden about the calamity of letting America’s military arsenal fall into enemy hands. Turns out Biden agreed and even provided his own dire warning.

“Joe Biden circa 2007 predicted what would happen if 2021’s Joe Biden did exactly what he did,” reported Lowder with Crowder, via a Tweeter post by Republican Sen. Melissa Melendez.

Biden: “If an order goes out to end the war today and begin withdrawing troops, it will take a year to get the American troops out… It will take a year to get them physically out. Now if you leave all the equipment behind …”

“…you might be able to do it in seven months. And you leave those billions of dollars of weapons behind, I promise they’re gonna be used against your grandchild and mine someday.”

Biden, of course, ignored his own advice from 14 years ago in the rush to score political points by meeting a withdrawal deadline to coincide with the anniversary of Sept. 11. That rash decision also countered more recent guidance from Biden that Biden ignored.

Only weeks before the lethal withdrawal, Biden was promising to keep troops in Afghanistan until every American was evacuated.

Others in the Biden administration were at that same time expressing grave concern about leaving behind military weapons and equipment as the result of a hasty withdrawal.

“We don’t, obviously, want to see our equipment in the hands of those who would act against our interests,” said Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, “or the interests of the Afghan people and increase violence and insecurity inside Afghanistan.”

Maybe Biden forgot his own advice from 14 years ago, or even a few months ago; or maybe he was simply playing politics with Americans lives and military treasure. In any case, Biden’s reckless actions produced deadly consequences that could have been avoided and are destined to become even more dire.
