Democrat Mayor of Texas Border City Tells Biden to Stop Releasing Illegal Aliens

'I will have no choice but to use the extreme measure under the emergency declaration...to refuse the entry of migrants awaiting court dates...'

Bruno Lozano, the mayor of Del Rio, Texas, pleaded with President Joe Biden to enforce America’s immigration laws and stop releasing illegal aliens.

“I am pleading and requesting with you to please put a halt to any measures regarding the release of immigrants awaiting court dates into the city of Del Rio and surrounding areas,” he said in a video posted on YouTube. “We do not have the resources available to house and accommodate these migrants within our community.”

The mayor cited the power outage, harsh weather conditions, the coronavirus, and depleted grocery stores as the reasons that the city cannot handle more residents.

“Our non-profits, our churches are running thin with resources to provide to our very own citizens,” he said.

He warned that he will be forced to take executive action if Biden refuses to stem the horde of illegal aliens.

“I will have no choice but to use the extreme measure under the emergency declaration, as the mayor of the city of Del Rio, to refuse the entry of migrants awaiting court dates,” he said.

Lozano, who’s openly gay, received the media’s praises in the past for being Del Rio’s first gay mayor, who marched in its Veterans Day parade in high heels, HuffPost reported.

Every mainstream news outlet ignored Lozano’s request to Biden except for Fox News.

“If you do send these send these individuals into our community, we will be forced to make a decision to leave them without resources under these dire circumstances,” Lozano said.

“If you’re going to allow these individuals into our community, I respectfully ask that you provide the means and supplies necessary to accommodate them safely under these extreme circumstances,” he continued.
