Tech CEOs Secretly Root for Musk to Justify Reigning In ‘Woke’ Employees

'But the culture is changing. Wild things will be built in the next 10 years... '

(Jacob Bruns, Headline USA) Numerous Big Tech CEOs are now on the side of Tesla and Twitter CEO Elon Musk, who has taken drastic steps to reign in the far-Left woke employees that he inherited.

Musk has challenged what he has called “the woke mind virus” that threatens civilization, and other CEOs have seen the threat as well, Platformer News reported. In particular, Musk has gone into Twitter and cleaned house, eliminating one third of the staff immediately.

He has also fired subordinates for their open defiance of his leadership–a practice not seen in the tech world for over a decade due to the intense culture of wokeness.

The report cited in particular David Heinemeier Hansson, creator of the web development framework Ruby on Rails and co-founder of Basecamp, who banned “societal and political discussions” after his employees attempted to start a “diversity, equity, and inclusion” tribunal.

Former PayPal CEO and Facebook crypto guru David Marcus piled on, noting that “the times of complaining to the CEO of a large tech company at an all hands in front of thousands of people about the quality of toilet paper have come to an end.”

George Hotz, who founded an autonomous driving company and who now works for Twitter, noted that “every tech product you use came out between 2000-2010. Nothing was built from 2010-2020. The culture was so broken. PMs, MBAs, SJWs, and entitlement. But the culture is changing. Wild things will be built in the next 10 years.”

Musk’s Twitter appears to be setting a trend for others in the industry to follow.

Following his mass layoffs of useless and insubordinate staffers—who reportedly gave 99% of their donations in the midterm election to Democrats—Musk recently delivered an ultimatum to those who remained.

He told the staff to commit to Twitter “hardcore” or accept the severance package offers, the Washington Post reported. Musk also mandated that remote employees return to the office, ruffling even more feathers.

He even axed the company’s outsourced content “moderators,” who saw it as their divine duty to track hate and enforce rules against content deemed harmful by the regime.
